In July 2014, our founder's fridge died in his Dubai apartment. He called three repair companies. First one never showed. Second arrived two days late, looked confused for twenty minutes, charged a call-out fee and left. Third quoted AED 1,600 for a compressor replacement on a unit that had a blocked drain pipe. A drain pipe. Fixed in under an hour for a fraction of that cost.
That experience is not unusual here. We hear almost the same story from new customers four or five times a week. So he built the company he wished had existed. Simple rules from day one: show up when you say, explain the problem in plain language, quote a fair price before touching anything, back the work with a real guarantee.
Ten years on, same rules. We're not the cheapest in UAE β honest prices rarely are. But 15,000 repairs later, with most of our Dubai and Sharjah customers coming from a referral or a building group recommendation, we're doing something right.
Honesty first. If your fridge isn't worth repairing, we tell you. Yes, even if that means we leave without a job. Losing a repair sale is worth less to us than losing your trust.
Do it properly. We use OEM or quality-certified parts. We don't fit cheap substitutes that fail in three months and bring you back to square one. The 90-day warranty isn't for show β it's accountability.
